As promised Time allotted for receiving my truck back as promised was exceptional. I travel a ton of miles a day and having to come in with a punctured tire for a Time allotted for receiving my truck back as promised was exceptional. I travel a ton of miles a day and having to come in with a punctured tire for a new tire in my busy day was taxing but Jenkins promised to get me out in a suitable time frame. They did just that. I was back on the road within the allotted time stated. I thought buying and having a dealership close by would be the way to go, but I was wrong. After purchasing from Jenkins, I travel 35 miles to get the proper service with a smile and courtesy. Way to go Jenkins, you will continue to get my business! More

Failed to Fix My Problem for the Second Straight Visit I paid $100 for diagnosis and repair of a problem that was supposed to be resolved on my previous visit and still the problem exists. The service staf I paid $100 for diagnosis and repair of a problem that was supposed to be resolved on my previous visit and still the problem exists. The service staff was nice however that hasn't resolved my issue with my 2013 Altima. In addition, very few of the staff members exhibited any desire to protect me as a customer against infection as only one person wore a face mask, although serval customers did, including me. The masks are not intended to protect the wearer from being infected, but slow the chances of them infecting me. One female service rep. openly sneezed during check in with no effort to cover her mouth or nose. The waiting area did not provide spacing for social distancing so I waited outside. More
