Continues to go down hill I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and 1 lease and after 10+ years of business I am done. They used to have people that worked there tha I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and 1 lease and after 10+ years of business I am done. They used to have people that worked there that truly cared and remembered who you were when you care in. Keith in service handled my service needs for years until he finally had enough. Brian in finance handled all my deals until he too had enough. Then Marcus in sales handled all my needs until he eventually reached his limit as well. Now when you enter the business you have to track down help, and once you have it they really don’t want to help at all. I also do business at Fields BMW and they never disappoint regardless who is working. I was interested in purchasing my lease that is getting to expire and I was told, “we can sell you a new car or do a new lease”. I said that’s not what I want and they say, sorry that’s our only option today and it’s really the better option. I have sent over a dozen people to the location for their car needs, but I assure you that will not happen any further. Customer service is not important there and dealing with people after the sale is not important here anymore either. More

Amazing experience!
