No professional sale person and management After I purchased the Nissan Rogue, no sale person and management gave greetings. And make me waited long time to sign finance paperwork. I bring the gift card certificate, already over a week still no one processing to honor the certificate. Jenkins dealer Representatives do not welcoming customers. Great Buying Experience I bought a new Titan last on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. There was no frustration, no hidden gimmicks, no haggling and no other high pressure person coming in to try and “close the deal.” It was a GREAT price - actually below the price I had haggled down at another Nissan dealer - and there was no haggling involved at Jenkins. My salesman was casual, friendly, knowledgeable and basically just great to work with. Without a doubt, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever been a part of. I would (and have been) highly recommend Jenkins Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
I PICKET THE BUSINESS BECAUSE OF WHAT I WENT THROUGH. RUGGIERO SAID I WAS SCAMMING, THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD ME A CAR........AFTER HIS BOSS TOOK MY MONEY!!!! SAFETY BELT WAS DEFECTIVE I TOLD THE SERV RUGGIERO SAID I WAS SCAMMING, THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD ME A CAR........AFTER HIS BOSS TOOK MY MONEY!!!! SAFETY BELT WAS DEFECTIVE I TOLD THE SERVICE MGR. I WOULD NEVER LET THEM TOUCH MY CAR.....I DID GO TO COURTSEY NISSAN AND THEY WERE REPLACED THE BELT. THEY WERE HORRIFIED WHEN THEY HEARD WHAT I WAS PUT THROUGH. AS FOR FREDDIE JENKINS HANDLING OF SUCH A SERIOUS COMPLAINT TELLS ME HE SENDS ALL HIS FRIENDS TO RUGGIERO AND I TOLD HIM RUGGIERO WOULDN'T HAVE THE xxxxx TO TREAT HIS FRIENDS THE WAY HE WAS TREATED ME. THE EMPLOYEES WENT TO THE BUSINESSES THAT ALLOWED ME TO PARK TOLD ONE IF HE WANTED THEIR BUSINESS HE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PARK. ANOTHER BUSINESS WAS QUESTIONED AS TO WHO OWNED THE NISSAN AND SHE WAS TOLD BY THE MGR. SHE COULD ASK THE PATRONS AND SHE SAID OH I KNOW "DO YOU HAVE A SCREW DRIVER" I CAN BOROW!! I WENT TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND MADE A REPORT. NOW IF THE IS THE MENTALITY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND FREDDIE JENKINS REFUSED TO HAVE A MEETING WITH ME HE IS SENDING A VERY NEGATIVE MESSAGE!!!! Terrible Customer Service In June I was in an accident and brought my Rogue to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland where I bought the car. I dropped my Rogue off on July 27th and it wa In June I was in an accident and brought my Rogue to Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland where I bought the car. I dropped my Rogue off on July 27th and it was ready August 2nd. Not even a week later I noticed bumper was coming off and brought it back. Per Mike in the service department the bumper was manufactured improperly and a bumper and clamps had to be reordered and it would take 3-5 days for parts to come in and 3-5 days for the body shop to paint it. 9 weeks later with very little communication and many unanswered phone calls from them my bumper finally arrived October 13th. October 21st I dropped off my Rogue to Jenkins Nissan to put the bumper on and when picking it up noticed right away this bumper not only had the same problem but the paint job was all scratched up. They took pictures and said they would get it resolved but no communication from them once again and it is now October 25th. I have called the service manager Mike Camirino (sp) several times with no call back. The lack of customer service and communication from the service department is damaging this dealerships relationship with customers and I have been patient and tolerant up until now. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the States Attorney General. Do not use this dealership for purchasing or servicing your vehicle if you want to be treated with courtesy and respect from the time of purchase to maintenance service! More

The service department is little better. They have consistently ignored our complaints and tried to punt them down the road. They constantly upsell unnecessary services. I am not a happy customer. I will never do business with Jenkins again and neither should you. More

service work went to dealership on 3/25/17 and dealt with Nabil had an excellent experience with him,but got home from dealership headlight was blown now give this went to dealership on 3/25/17 and dealt with Nabil had an excellent experience with him,but got home from dealership headlight was blown now give this truck only has 28 miles on it now and already a problem, take it back and show them at service they tell they dont have a headlight i suggest taking one out of new truck and they do upon showing them i notice the headlight capsule is needing replaced also and while showing them i notice at this time the left front fender has loose bolts and not aligned right needing to go to the body shop for repair,they tell me i have to get it authorized from Nissan my salesman contacts me and tells me to bring it in and leave it for 2 or 3 days theyll take care of it three days later they call me and say they have the headlight done still waiting on authorization from Nissan i was mislead they said they was going to fix paint also for 3 days but all i got was a headlight capsule put in 3 DAYS .30 days later im still dealing with a problem that already should have been fixed customer comes first after the sale WELL no at this dealership would and will not recommend to anybody xxxxTY service after sale and still cant talk to a Manager ????? More
