vehicle purchase without two keys, had key programmed This dealership experience was the worst experience in my life, They promised me an additional key since they could not locate the second one anywhere This dealership experience was the worst experience in my life, They promised me an additional key since they could not locate the second one anywhere on the lot at the time of purchase.. I came back on Saturday and first time they ordered the wrong key for my vehicle, no big deal just come back the next weekend and they promised a full tank of gas which would have been great. Well next week go back drop my car off and they will bring me car to me. I call at 4:30 to check cause I dropped my car off at 12 and had heard nothing. Chad advised me my car had been dropped off with the keys in it and that he called me and left a voice message which I never recieved. NOT at my HOUSE really does this really happen!!! I am in shock needless to say the young girl went back to home she dropped my car off not at MY ADDRESS and brings it to me and states the same address is on the other side no sweetie this is my address and google will take you to the correct address they did apologize, but then I get in my car and the tank is empty not even a tank of gas filled up as originally promised!!! Has this ever happened to anyone cause I find this completely unacceptable for any business and there is nothing that can fix this kind of experience I am beyond upset and want everyone to know! Stay Away is my word of advise! More
I would not BUY from this salesman I bought a new maxima and the second set of keys where missing. Ask or email Danny Harrington who is in Internet sales management. He is very courteous and is best at customer service. He will tell you pricing without even going to the dealership. The sales staff is pretty good and most are very friendly. The selection of vehicles was better than most and there were no issues finding color and options of vehicle I was looking for. CAUTION !!!!! Julio in finance is a sideways individual and I would not send anyone to him. As a matter of fact if you happen to get assigned to him ask for another finance manager even if you have to wait. He is crooked I promise that. I went to the Finance director and had the documents corrected. Julio will not admit his wrongs and put himself before the customer which is unfortunate. Overall the experience was great during the purchase. They are fair with trade in values and work with you to keep you satisfied. More

They hire outside companies to also do work on your vehicles which are not cover my Nissan warranties. When problems arise they become belligerent and have the outside companies to call and threaten you. The price may be great but not worth it, go to another area dealership to purchase your vehicle. Rocky Start...but they did it again! We bought a new Rogue SL back in 2014 and wanted to give them one more whirl. I wasn't sure at first as the deal didn't start off too hot. However, We bought a new Rogue SL back in 2014 and wanted to give them one more whirl. I wasn't sure at first as the deal didn't start off too hot. However, we kept working the numbers late after closing and settled on "a price". Went back the next day to finalize the paperwork and noticed there was a discrepancy on the trade allowance. After some tense moments, they honored their word and the deal. Couldn't be happier with our new Armada SL. I've got more business coming your way. Thanks again guys.
