just seems that it depends on who you talk to what answer you get. Would be nice if everyone was on the same page so the information you get on the phone was the same as what you were told at the service de you get. Also when we asked to speak with a manager we were told our service rep was the manager by the rep. Would have been nice if he was identified by a tag or something. More
