Service department lacks a lot of customer service. Then they supposedly fixed my car but only made the issue worse. I had to take my car back to the dealership I purchased from which is an hour from h Then they supposedly fixed my car but only made the issue worse. I had to take my car back to the dealership I purchased from which is an hour from home to be told the balance on my tires was still completely off. So Jenkins had my car for an entire day and basically just made it worse. I've never had the best of experiences here even for just oil changes, but this one made me decide I won't be back. More
