Friendly staff but VERY unreliable. Bought a car to move north and still haven't received documentation to register my car here. Called 3 times about getting my second set of temp tags Bought a car to move north and still haven't received documentation to register my car here. Called 3 times about getting my second set of temp tags and parents visited in person since the ones they gave me had expired. Said they'd send them right away and wrote my new address (up north) on a sticky note, put it on the tags and told my parents they'd be there by the next day. 5 days pass and my parents get the tags AT THEIR HOUSE in Florida with the sticky note on the temp tags. Little to no communication with each other and acknowledge things that they clearly dont understand. More

Johnnie Dyous was excellent, friendly and what I requested to be checked was done. He was friendly, service was completed within an hour even though I arrived early. Also, employees wore masks that I dealt with, which is very important in this time of COVID - the employees do not know if the person they about to service may have some sort of health issue & being considerate & caring about others is very very important to me in a time when there are those who don't care about anyone but themselves.
