Bought a 2021 Kicks here about 3 weeks ago. After maybe ~500 miles, the battery completely died; the car needed a jump every single time. They also charge a pretty heavy reconditioning fee when you buy a used car, which is part of why I didn’t expect to deal with something like this almost immediately... They kept saying “it’s a used car,” which I get, but charging a reconditioning fee and then having something basic like the battery fail within weeks doesn’t really add up. I get that batteries can fail, but this happening right after purchase and getting zero help with it just way off. Bad business. More

While I kept calling to process my file. They even ran my credit score, and said everything is almost done and finance person will call at 7 pm and then next day after another round of calls waiting game I was finally told, some forgot to pick my file and so another buyer got the car. Such made up excuse. Horrible experience and no one other than Dwayne contacted me to give the oops news. Come on have some ethics. More

Worst buying experience I have ever had in my last 4 certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 St certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 Stop Sales, but they still sold it and said NOTHING. Sold as a certified preowned. They would NOT repair even though the issue had to do with the stop sale, battery overheating and expanding. Jenkins would NOT return or stop sale the vehicle but told me it was a deal, and I was responsible for paying even though they sold a vehicle in bad faith, knowing it had issues that would cause it NOT to run. More
I looked up a car online and spoke with them the same day. They gave me an online price of 25,495. When I arrived (after driving 40 minutes), they increased the price 10,000. What a horrific experience buying here. Broken promises, let me leave with a broken vehicle. There is not after the sale customer service. There are plenty in area that care about after you have signed on the dotted line. More

I drove two hours to visit this dealership, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Besides significantly overpricing their vehicles, the behavior of Jason Hubbard from the Management Department was absolutely unprofessional. After test driving a vehicle I was excited about, I sat down to review the numbers only to discover an additional $7,000 markup on top of an already inflated price well above Kelley Blue Book and fair market value. When I pointed out that this was unreasonable, Jason Hubbard spoke to me in a very condescending tone and questioned how I came up with my numbers — not realizing that I had thoroughly researched past sales of the same model with similar mileage within a 100-mile radius, using both Kelley Blue Book and comparable listings at other dealerships. The experience left me with the impression that this dealership prioritizes profit over honesty and customer respect. As a U.S. service member, I expect professionalism and transparency, neither of which I received here. More
