Rear Axle issues under warranty My 2104 Xterra is merely 2 and a half years old, with less than 40K miles on it. Unfortunately, the rear axle seals are leaking. I was very pleased at My 2104 Xterra is merely 2 and a half years old, with less than 40K miles on it. Unfortunately, the rear axle seals are leaking. I was very pleased at how thoroughly the service crew investigated the extent of the axle issue and their research into what was under warranty. They were able to determine the issue was worse then could be seen with casual observation and that it would be wise to correct the entire issue rather than a partial fix. I am thankful for there attention to detail a partial fix might have saved me time in the short run, but fixing the entire issue now, while the disrepair was still under warranty certainly saved me time and money in the long run! More

Quick oil change service with no appointment. Service was done pretty quick, less than an hour. Did not have an appointment either. I did arrive about 2 PM as advised when I purchased the car. Terrible Service!! Does not care about customers safety! I took my 2012 Altma in for oil and filter change and was told my power steering rack was leaking power steering fluid. I asked if they had refilled I took my 2012 Altma in for oil and filter change and was told my power steering rack was leaking power steering fluid. I asked if they had refilled it and the guy said "probably". Came home found the reservoir and it was almost empty. Called back and told them this was unacceptable and when I finally got an answer it was "why fill it when it was leaking anyway." I almost went on a 1200 mile trip and I feel they did not care about my safety at all. More
Outstanding I went into Lake Nissan yesterday because my battery on my recently purchased 2014 Nissan Sentra was acting up. Turns out, the previous owner had swit I went into Lake Nissan yesterday because my battery on my recently purchased 2014 Nissan Sentra was acting up. Turns out, the previous owner had switched the battery out for one not covered by my warranty. They didn't have to help me at this point, but I walked out with a new battery in my car at no charge. This dealership went above and beyond, and the manager and staff were extremely helpful. More
