Went there for a complimentary inspection, accepted the oil and filter change, couldn't understand why the HUGE difference between conventional and synthetic oil, also added the additive $107.00 is too muc oil and filter change, couldn't understand why the HUGE difference between conventional and synthetic oil, also added the additive $107.00 is too much for this type of service. Very upset that the inspector added water instead of windshield washer fluid and messed up the seal on the reservoir, I had to seal it with silicone, he should have left alone, water is not recommended. Prices on the items that needed service due to milage are overpriced, I just paid for the oil change and never will go there, like mentioned too expensive, plus the way the inspector poured water inside he reservoir, by placing the whole weight of the jug, damaged the seal. More

On my previous visit they ordered a recall part for my truck. It came in but they never called me. It showed in the Advisors computer that it was there but they had used it on someone else's truck. So now mine is on backorder with no estimated time it will be in stock. My truck is shifting like s@%t but I guess my vehicle is not important. I could understand if they called and I never went and had it installed but this is BS. More
