Jenkins is the worst Nissan service we’ve dealt with. We brought the car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours we checked with service why it was taking so long We brought the car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours we checked with service why it was taking so long and they didn’t know where our car was! After finally finding it we said just give us the keys we’re leaving. My husband contacted corporate who called him and said the local dealership would be in touch. No one called! Now he brought it back because we really needed an oil change and he had to wait another 2.5 hours. He told service what happened last time and they said “sorry”. Both times we had appointments! Because of such awful service with this dealership it will be the last Nissan we buy. More

I was reminded why I hesitate to take my car here even though it's the closest to my home. I had an appt for a oil change, it took a little 10min before anyone would help or even greet me. I went to service advisor Misty asking if she was able to help me and all i got out of her was that I will have to wait for an another advisor to assist because she was trying to get a customer out the door. There wasnt any 'good morning' or any type of greeting. I stood there and watch several advisors walked & looked at me but no one greeted or ask if I've been helped. I was ready to walk out the door till Ms. Maggie White came up to me to ask if Ive been helped, she was pleasant & understanding, she knew I was highly upset and disgusted with service received so far.. Its like day & night with your Service dept & Sales dept. Your staff in ur service dept must hate there jobs. They are not people friendly or welcoming. My vehicle needs a little work done but I will be taking my car back to Brandon Nissan to get it done. Its where my service & time is appreciated. More
