The service rep Robin Rocket is really nice has a good attitude to deal with customers. She's good . But the rest of them suck big time it takes these people for ever to do any job. If you come here for a simple oil change you are looking at a 3 hour job! I am sitting here for over 3 hours waiting to get 4 brand new tires on and they just now put my truck in to get worked on. It is always like this. You people are sooooo sloooooow. Must be a union rules thing because it takes you forever to do any job. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this place and had family members purchase 2 more. But I think when it's time to shop around again I will be parting ways with Nissan! More

Customer service is terrible. I arrived at 0900 for a 1030 oil change appointment and sat there waiting until after 1200 to get my car back. I scheduled a 1:00 pm appointment for a Nissan recall, oil change and tire rotation. l arrived about 12:45 pm the Service Advisor stated it would be about 2 hours to complete service. The service was com oil change and tire rotation. l arrived about 12:45 pm the Service Advisor stated it would be about 2 hours to complete service. The service was complete about 4:25 pm. I never saw the service advisor again after giving him the keys. I went out 3 times to check why there was a holdup the service advisor was never at his desk. The other service advisors were on phone or with customers and not available for questions. This was not a good customer experience. More
