Yes, I purchased 4 tires I had an appointment at 10:30 AM it is now 1:22 PM, my truck is still sitting in the parking lot, nothing has been done to it at all you all went from a 5 to not even a one star really quick. It's a shame your service is so slow. It doesn't do you any good to be friendly if you are that slow. I have things to do, sitting here for almost 3 hours and you all still haven't looked at my vehicle. Oil changes at this location take 3 hours. I just spent over 1.3k for some tires and they just now went to get my truck. Which according to my service tech it should be another hour. So 4 freakin hours to change tires. Robin is a nice rep. But the rest of the service received sucks so bad. I want some kind of credit for all the waisted time here!!! This is unacceptable.
