They were supposed to do an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not sure they rotated the tires because the PSI of the tires remained the same. It needs an upgrade. Upon arrival there were lots of cars in both lanes. I was not greeted by anyone. I walked up to the service providers. I have been told that at every appt. When Tammy helped me, she was absolutely wonderful. Inside waiting area has ripped chairs. I have gone to Lokey Nissan in Clearwater for years. I suggest looking at their facility. It is top notch. I also feel almost 3 hours is way too long for an oil change. More

This was the first time that I have to wait about 30 minutes for oil change. Usually take more than an hour. I hope next time take about the same 30 minutes.
