I spoke to Alissa this morning and explained that I was told it would take about a hour to check out my battery and do an oil change. I waited 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake flush that I was told 45 minutes max. When I asked at the 3 hour mark a status update, they only had done the oil change.
