First-this is the second time I have responded to this survey. I love the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. I was told it is pretty much first come, first served even when you have an appointment and that most of your mechanics don’t want to work on Saturdays. Perhaps you shouldn’t book so many appointments on Saturdays. More
