I have been buying vehicles and service from this dealership for years. I doubt I’ll be back. I was very disappointed in the service and how my concerns were handled. Had an appt and still took over 6 hours to do an oil change and diagnostic (for check engine light). Didn’t even start the diagnostic until I had been there for 5 hours. And was then told false information for the reason for the check engine light. More

I was able to make an appt for a Saturday for an error message to be then told she did not think they had anyone to do the diagnostic until Monday. I then proceeded to sit there for 3 hours while the did the 15K maintenance, and then I was given a loaner car since they were going to need to keep my car until Monday so someone could do the diagnostic. I should have been just given the loaner sooner versus wasting my time in the waiting area for three hours More
