I was ignored the entire time, the wait was incredibly long, it was several hours and I only found out anything because I started pressing the issue and when I did no one seemed to know what was going on long, it was several hours and I only found out anything because I started pressing the issue and when I did no one seemed to know what was going on More
I came in and sat for 20mins and not a single service person greeted me or even tried to help. I had to get a sales manager to get someone to help me in the service department. I finally get helped and c person greeted me or even tried to help. I had to get a sales manager to get someone to help me in the service department. I finally get helped and came in for a simple oil change that too an hour and a half. Then come to find out the last 30mins of me waiting. my car had been ready the last 30min. the service guy forgot to come and tell me. All the service personnel workers acted like they didn't want to be at work. They were grouped up talking to each other not actually working. I'm very thankful for the sales manager Mr Albert Miller. If he didn't help me I'm sure I would have been there for a lot longer without being helped. Very very bad service from the service department and when I went to pay. the 2 ladies there we rude and dismissive. I'll probably go somewhere else from now on. The snacks and water is always good to have for those really long waiting times. I have a bad experience everytime I come. The last time I sat there for 7hrs wait for my car that the told me would take only an hr 1 1/2. The sale Manger Mr Miller helped me that time as well. If it wasn't for him i wouldn't have came back this time. The service department really has to learn how to treat people better. They treat people like they don't matter and I know I'm not important to your business but it would be nice to be treated nicely More

In 2 weeks it was flat again, they never fixed it! I brought it back asked for a new tire. They didn’t call me when it was ready. And after I called and spoke to a manager they said it was done, I got in the vehicle and the tire light was on! They didn’t check the pressures! These people do not care about service or quality. This service center used to be phenomenal back years ago when I believe his name was Keith managed it. Our scheduler? Not sure of her title but she went over what would be done etc. Her name was Tammie, w when I believe his name was Keith managed it. Our scheduler? Not sure of her title but she went over what would be done etc. Her name was Tammie, we liked her. She was great at explaining to us in person but when we tried to call we could not get her on the phone. We were told, however, that our check engine light was still on and it would cost us another over 300+ dollars to fix it and most of that was labor. We decided to think on that decision since our bill was already up to over $600. We left and the check engine light was no longer on. So we are wondering if that was even true. If maybe that was a gimmick to up sell something to get another almost 400 bucks out of us. My husband also had his truck serviced while we were there and told a light on his dash was off but when we left it was still on. We came back and another girl (Angie) told my husband that we needed to drive the truck 10 miles to reset it? That made no sense to us. So we needed to drive 10 miles away to reset the light to make it go off and then what? Drive 10 miles back? 20 miles round trip to do something that should be able to be done there. Needless to say, she had a tech look at it and they did something to fix it. Not sure. In a different note, not service related, but we perused the lot of vehicles while ours was getting serviced and couldn't believe the lack of inventory that was there. It was embarrassing for Jenkins. More
