Today visit was the worst in the service dept may have service done elsewhere. Would take my coupon that Jenkins sent me for a 78$ oil change I was charged 103$ wouldn’t put an inspection sticker on my ca service done elsewhere. Would take my coupon that Jenkins sent me for a 78$ oil change I was charged 103$ wouldn’t put an inspection sticker on my car stating something wrong with my 2 month old brand new tires. Gave me attitude over my tinted windows stating they are to dark but after testing all four windows his machine showed the tint was legal. Took it to another major dealer locally and had them pull my tires they stated there was nothing wrong and gave me a sticker with no issue. Not sure if I will be back for service or go to a different dealer. More

Buying and delivery was a smooth transaction. Jenkins even took care of a problem with my title in a speedy way to keep things rolling. I was disappointed to find after delivery that there was no owner's manual or tray liner for the trunk, but they sent both. It took over a month to get them, however. Ultimately, I would say they are a knowledgeable, trustworthy group and would do business with them again. I've had my certified pre-owned vehicle several months now with absolutely no issues. More
