I found out about jennings vw on line. I was looking for a 2012 Touareg TDI. Amir Dizdarevic was the sales person and did a magnificent job in sourcing the vehicle. The best part was how much time the dealership dedicated to me to so I can understand the this vehicle. Cars today are more complicated to use than ever before and I felt overwhelmed when I saw the owners manual . Jennings was impressive in all aspects of the delivery process. It is important to note that their pricing was the best of all the dealers I surveyed and I did not have to sacrifice the service which comes with the pricing. I just leased my second car with Jennings yesterday through Don Reilly and Paula Ciolino. The lease on my first car was due to expire in April so we had been working together since February of this ye through Don Reilly and Paula Ciolino. The lease on my first car was due to expire in April so we had been working together since February of this year. The reason for this length of time was that my home mortgage was in the process of modification and this, of course, affected my credit. I asked for and received a lease extension from VW; little did any of us know that it would be October before I received a permanent modification on my mortgage loan. During this nine month period, Don would email or call me to ask how I was doing. He stayed in touch with me without being annoying; I had the feeling that both he and Paula were rooting for me just because they liked me - not because they were looking toward the eventual money I would bring to the dealership with a future lease. In fact, every time I walked into Jennings, someone, whether it was Keith or Ken or Paula or Don or Pat Melone in service - would greet me with a giant smile, a kind hello, and actually call me by name. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car or to have one serviced. In fact, the true test of my trust in Don is that I would send my 87 year-old aunt, a nun, to buy a car from him.
