I normally don't enjoy the car buying process, but Jerry and Lenny, along with Sales Manager and Finance guy were very professional and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and unpressured. To date my family and I have leased 7 Volkswagens from Jennings VW since 1994. Why do I go back to Jennings every time? In a business world were customer service is considered very important, but few deli Jennings VW since 1994. Why do I go back to Jennings every time? In a business world were customer service is considered very important, but few deliver it, you can actually experience the best customer service at Jennings. During the leasing of my 2011 Jetta, Arek Anesko, Paula Ciolino, Sue Guido and Andrew Low were part of that great customer service team. I appreciated the time they all gave me, but especially the patience, honesty, and knowledge displayed by Arek who took the extra steps to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my choice. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Arek was able to find the exact car for me to fit my specific needs and budget. I would definitely recommend Jennings VW to any prospective buyer interested in purchasing a Volkswagen. More

Mike was great to work with today. Buying a car is an overwhelming experience. He helped me to feel comfortable. I never felt like my questions were stupid.
