I initially saw the vehicle,ultimatly leased, on the internet. I made an inquiry over the internet and received a very quick response from Mr.Ken Lyon. As the dealership is a little ways from where I live, I wanted to conduct much of the negotiations over the internet all subject to actually seeing and driving the selected vehicle. Ken was very accomodating and helpful in that process and his responses were always timely and on point. Based on the various correspondence with Ken I visited the dealership and ultimatly was introduced to Mr. Mike Fezzate. Mike accompanied me on the test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle. Mike was extremely helpful throughout that process. The car ultimatly choosen was not available at the dealership and had to be located. Mike was very prompt in keeping me up to date on status. After viewing the vehicle and completing all the lease paperwork Mike walked me through how various vehicle features worked such as pairing my phone, operation of the navigation system etc. Two days after vehicle delivery, he gave me a follow up call to see if I had any questions. All in all Mr. Fezzate did an excellent job and I would recomend him as the salesperson to see at Jennings Volkswagen. When it's time to talk to a sales manager, I would recomend Mr. Lyon. More

When we came to the dealership, Jason Adler showed us several models and he was very knowledgable and at and gave us the exact information we needed. Buying my first car was scary, but with Jason Adler's help, I knew I was making the right decision.
