I had a GREAT purchasing experience @ Jennings VW. I was very impressed with Arek's knowledge of the product. Arek's attention to detail regarding construction and features were extraordinary. I went to Jennings with the intention of pricing a new Jetta and discussing a trade for my 2009 Corolla. Jason was great and made me feel very comfortable. Jennings gave me such a great deal on my trade and made the price for the Jetta very desirable. I ended doing the trade that day and am so happy I did! I had such a wonderful experience and it has completely changed my opinion of car dealerships and car salesmen, which was the opposite of the Toyota dealership I had previously gone to. Keith Burns , Paula Ciolino, Sue Guido, are one of the friendlist and helpful staffs in the area. I visited 3 other VW dealers (for a 2012 CC) and 2 Cadillac dealers (for a 2011 CTS) before reaching Jenn friendlist and helpful staffs in the area. I visited 3 other VW dealers (for a 2012 CC) and 2 Cadillac dealers (for a 2011 CTS) before reaching Jennings, matter of distance from home, but found the exact model and pricing I needed and bought the CC on the spot. Keith, thanks for informing me of all the CC's features, I'm still overwhelmed with all it can do. Keith went the extra mile, literally, and stayed long after to explain the features a second time. Paula, thanks for designing the extended warranty for my needs and pricing, you made what is usually a cringing experience, one of the easiest car purchases I've made. And Sue, you got me there with your internet info/pricing and sold me with your trade in allowance and final price! Chris Hallenberg is a phenomenal sales representative, he is low pressure and really helps you look for what you want in a vehicle. He also makes you feel like you're part of the family. He is also extremely knowledgeable in the cars he sells. Although Chris is primarily a Chevrolet salesman, he assisted me with the purchase of my very first new car (2011 Volkswagen Jetta). He was able to get me an incredible deal, which not only gave me everything I ever wanted in a new vehicle, but he was also able to help me get the monthly payment I wanted. I sincerely appreciate all of the help and assistance I got from Chris during the adventure of purchasing my new car, and I will continue to buy cars from him in the future! The reason I chose Jennings is because of Arek. I shopped other dealers and sales associate, and Arek was by far the best sales rep. I'm in sales as well, and I have to commend Arek for using the same sales other dealers and sales associate, and Arek was by far the best sales rep. Jennings Volkswagen is great. Usually when i walk into a dealership, expect to be robbed and harassed, but not here. Customer service is incredible. the staff is very kind and friendly.
