Other dealers called me back and wanted me to come in - their voices thick with pressure. Sue and Keith made me feel very comfortable. Paula was very pleasant and helpful to work with in regards to financing. Ken really sealed the deal after I had asked a very tough question about problems with earlier models of the TDI. He said he'd discuss the topic with his service manager and get back to me. Ken did so the next day and provided a through answer acknowledging the problem and how it had been solved in the current model. He took the question seriously and didn't try to BS around it. That's a big plus in my book (answering returning emails or phone calls is the easiest way to keep customers happy, but not everyone does it). I visited a few other VW dealers in and around Chicago, and I got the best feeling from Jennings. They obviously want to sell cars, but they don't jam it down your throat or talk down to you. I'd buy another car from them. More
