I contacted Alan Guevarra, our salesman, who assisted us in the previous purchase of our VW Passat. Alan answered my questions and addressed my concerns without any pressure whatsoever. Alan is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I'd recommend Alan to anyone who is in the market for a car. He knows his stuff! We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ken Lyon. He went out of his way to assist us in getting out the door with the car of my dreams. We were interested in and ultimately purchased a 2011 VW Jetta. I absolutely LOVE my new car and lookng forward to enjoying it for many years to come! More

The sales person, Newell Colber, made sure I got the exact car I wanted (he had to get it from another dealer and he didn't try to talk me into taking a car on their lot). He really encouraged me to take my time and figure out exactly what I wanted. We agreed on a price and they stuck to it. And lastly, Newell really understood all of the features of the car and was very generous with his time explaining things. I have had bad and mediocre experiences buying more expensive cars at other dealerships. My motive in writing this note is to say thank you to Jennings and Newell and also to encourage businesses that working honestly and towards customer satisfaction is the best way to go. More
