After having visite another VW dealership in the City of Chicago, the attention, friendliness and prefessionalism of all the employees we dealt with in Jennings VW have no comparison. The sales consultant k Chicago, the attention, friendliness and prefessionalism of all the employees we dealt with in Jennings VW have no comparison. The sales consultant knew everything about the car and took the time and attention to go over details, car functions, our endless questions, showed us around the dealership (for when we need to take teh car in for service) and all this being patient, friendly and without forcing a sale. The sales manager and finance manager(forgot their names, sorry) were also very attentive and professionals. More

It has been a pleasure working with Jennings Chevrolet/Volkswagen. It was especially a pleasure to work with sales associate Jerry Perberg. Jerry was there to lend a helping honest hand and consult me into making the right decision. I came in to look for a used vehicle. Im also rather picky with the vehicles I choose. Jerry consulted me via the phone that this vehicle is in great shape!!. Sure, we have all heard that before and been let down. Upon arrival, I was I was greeted with respect and everybody was very courteous . The vehicle was immaculate, washed and ready for a test drive. I was pleasantly surprised to see that his honesty did not come short. While deciding on the purchase there was no pressure. Perfect!! When it came time purchase, Jerry coordinated everything and the appropriate associates made the purchase a confident, easy transaction. Jerry strived for customer satisfaction. Even though the first car he had for me to look at got sold, he made sure he got another one for me before I came in to look the exact car I wanted. I would never recommend anyone to buy from Jennings. They still use the old fashion car sales tactic. When proposing an offer to them, they refuse to give an honest YES or NO. Instead they spend their time, telling you how ridiculous your offer is and how no other dealers would ever agree to that offer. Bottom line is this, it's the year 2011 and no one should ever have to settle for a price that a dealer thinks you should be paying. Technology has made life easier for all buyers. More
