Jason and I mostly communicated over email and even closed the deal over email. The car that I desired was not at Jennings lot but Jason made sure it was delivered and ready for pick up in 4 days. Throughout that process Jason emailed me daily, updating me on the progress of the delivery. While there is a lot more to say about this dealership and Jason I will summarize my shopping experience in following manner: Car shopping at Jennings is fun and absolutely different from any other dealer you have been to. Sue and Billy were great to work with. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and easy to contact. I had my mind set on buying the Routon but also needed to make sure financing/pricing was right. Went to another VW dealership (shall remain nameless) and pretty much was being told I couldn't afford a NEW R make sure financing/pricing was right. Went to another VW dealership (shall remain nameless) and pretty much was being told I couldn't afford a NEW Routon and should look at the USED 2009 Routon with 40k miles on it!! Jennings, not only got me priced where I needed, but helped me get the Routon I wanted brand new! I am very happy with my overall experience and will/have recomend(ed) them to others. Jennings helped me with the financing through my bank, even though I was working on the financing elsewhere. The deal was closed and I got my car in no time! Thank you Jennings VW! More

This was not my first car buying experience, but it is most certainly my BEST car buying experience!! The process began when Sue called me after receiving my e-mail about a New Beetle. The other dealers most certainly my BEST car buying experience!! The process began when Sue called me after receiving my e-mail about a New Beetle. The other dealers sent an e-mail reply, and it is difficult to carry on a conversation via e-mail. After speaking with Sue I did call one of the other Volkswagen dealers in my immediate area. The other dealer only had one New Beetle on hand and it was just the standard model. I thanked him for the information and said good-by. Saturday morning I went downstairs and went over my notes from the night before, and I decided that what Jennings had to offer was worth the 70 mile round trip. I am so pleased with they way that Sue, Arek and Bob treated me that I am still smiling. I am looking forward to the 60 day trip back to Jennings, and the excuse to drive my fabulous car! More

Both of these gentlemen could not have been more helpful & accomadating...They took me thru all of the workings of the new Beetle & answered any questions I had...the day I was to pick up the car was not co & accomadating...They took me thru all of the workings of the new Beetle & answered any questions I had...the day I was to pick up the car was not convenient for them or the finance people, but they made it happen...Couldn't be happier w/my new car or the service....They have already be recommmend...Thank you !
