After looking at VW, Honda and Toyota Sedan options over the past 12-months, I finally narrowed my search to VW. "What do I have to do to get you in a car this afternoon," doesn't work for me. Alan Guevarra got it. At no point did I feel pressure to buy a car. He took a much appreciated approach in learning more about me as a consumer, what I was looking for in a car and provided many answers to questions to better narrow my search (between the Jetta Sedan, Jetta SportWagen and Tiguan). I immediately realized Jennings offered a professional, 'no pressure' environment to buy a car. Alan was friendly and knowledgeable and allowed me additional time to think about the purchase. Never did his follow-up calls come across as aggressive, but only commitment in delivering the right car. Both Ken and Paula were also very helpful throughout the sales process. I'm very happy with my experience at Jennings and rate the dealer '5-Stars' in Customer Service! I now consider Alan a friend and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. P.S. I had a great experience with the Jennings dealership! I worked with Eric Breitenbach for 2 or 3 months over email. I needed the car within the week and he got me the car within just a few days with all the options I wanted in the car. Paula Ciolino also helped a lot. She was very succinct, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. I was in and out of her office without any hassle. Overall very friendly service. Eric and Paula seemed to be always available when I needed to ask a question and flexible when I changed my mind on the type of car I was looking. More

Jennings VW, Arek Aneszko - Sales, Andrew Low - Sales Mgr., and Paula Ciolino - Business Mgr. deserve the highest marks the review allows. They have the whole package there...zero pressure, knowledge about the products, timely response, and appreciative of my time. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and never rushed or pressured me. The price they gave me was right where it needed to be first time around, no back and forth junk, and it was right where my research said it should be. Check this out, price was right but my GTI with the options I wanted didn't exist, so they ordered me one from Germany. On top of that when it came time to do the paperwork it was all done and waiting for me. I was in the office for maybe 12 min. BIG BONUS POINTS in my book for that. Thanks for everything! I had a great buying experience at Jennings VW. Don Reilly helped me on my first visit, quickly showing me the exact model I was looking for. Armed with the information about the car I wanted, I was able to research online with USAA to determine the invoice price of the car as equipped and also find the trade-in value of my car. I came back the next day and completed the sale within 3 hours, start to finish--I think that's remarkable service! They were able to honor the price quoted by USAA (invoice + $200) and offered $900 less than the Kelly blue book trade-in value. We negotiated the trade price up $700 (to $200 less than blue book). This was a very fair deal in my estimation. Both Don and Jason were very helpful with the paperwork and with familiarizing my wife and me with the features of our new Jetta TDI Sportwagon. I have no reservations recommending this dealer. More
