I had visited several dealers across north chicagoland area before visiting Jennings in Glenview. I was replacing a totalled car, but I didn't want to spend what a new car would cost. Alan showed me new cars, but when we couldn't get a price as low as I wanted for the car I wanted, he helped me fin spend what a new car would cost. I really enjoyed working with Kim Clark from the beginning. She was very friendly, patient and helpful, never pushy. Finally I had an experience where the people (Paula and Sue) I worked with were positive. They were never pushy or impersonal - something I've experienced many times. I look forward to being with Jennings over the next three years for maintenance and free car washes and plan on returning when my lease is up. We had a small problem that was corrected by my salesman Doug,(not on his part or Jennings at all) to be honest I loved what he did. Walking in Monday to pick up and sign all the paperwork was a simple practice. Paula in the finance department was great to work with, no pressure to sign any add on coverage at all. I drove away with the car and I do have to say it was the most non-stressful purchase in my life. I was in the middle of my 48 month lease on a Passat. My terms were upside down but my mileage was very high and I was afraid that the warranty would run out. One day during an oil change Alan approached me and suggested that maybe I should try to get into a new car. I told him that I doubted it was possible, so he brought Andrew Low into the picture. Long story short, a few days later I received a voice mail letting me know that I could trade into a new GTI with a lower payment!! So of course I signed right away!! From the free coffee to the new car smell, Jennings has been a real joy to deal with. Alan Guevarra was such a breath of fresh air in the world of car salesmen. I am giving this rating because people need to know especially in these economic times, that you might have to pay for your car, but you don't have to pay too much, and you certainly don't need to pay for the experience.
