Bought a brand new VW GTI from them back in 2015, was supposed to get a full "paint protection" from their upsell. Never got a call to do it. When I called in, they couldn't tell me why I never got a cal supposed to get a full "paint protection" from their upsell. Never got a call to do it. When I called in, they couldn't tell me why I never got a call and couldn't book an appointment for me. They also got some nice swirls on my car as well from doing car washes when I told them, not to do a car wash. I don't expect much from dealerships, I mean the bar is super low, and they still couldn't get over it. It's not letting me submit a review without picking a person but I don't believe any of those people were the person who sold me the car. More
