I did finally order a 2019 back in October of '18 on my third visit. Craigs in depth knowledge of the vehicle was awesome. I'm a bit of a car guy, but he had all the answers and then some. Upon delivery Craig was very patient on showing me all the bells and whistles. I just had my 30 day check up which was also a great experience. Had a cup of Starbucks while making some work calls. They do have a quiet room with no cells/children (kids play area too). Not your typical car buying experience. All people were class acts. I highly recommend Craig and the Jennings team. More

I was greeted by Arek Aneszko who was so friendly and attentive until he could get me a salesman to assist me. I was then introduced to Matt "the Australian" Colrain. Best salesman hands down. He spoke with me in simple terms, was very knowledgeable and most of all was fun and I never felt pressured. I found a VW Tiguan at another Volkswagen dealership that I had fallen in love with and Matt worked hard to get it and have it brought back to Jennings. He even personally drove to pick it up and bring it back all while texting me pictures of it. All that was left was the financial paperwork and Mike Fezatte made it so easy that I couldn't believe how little time it took. What a great team at Jennings! Thank you Arek, Matt and Mike! Had an absolutely incredible experience with their salesperson, Matt who was able to explain everything that went wrong with my prior leases + put together solid deal in a beautiful new Tiguan SEL. He is polite, prompt and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The whole thing was packaged up nicely by their financing guy (I’m sure that’s not his exact title) Moe. He actually further clarified some of my questions, made the deal a little sweeter, and I walked away with a new six pack from laughing so much. :) All of the staff there are just awesome. Amazing Experience I visited Jennings Volkswagen on Thursday morning to look at a 2019 Atlas. I was met at the door by Arpad. There was no pressure to buy, he only wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. After one phone call to get a few more of my questions answered, we had a deal. Arpad was a pleasure both on the phone and at the dealership! I and my son went to Jennings Volkswagen Saturday morning to finalize the purchase. Arpad was truly a great person to work with. He made sure we were comfortable with everything and throughly explained the entire process. It was a fantastic experience. They know the product and how to demonstrate it and sell it. Our salesmen have been Arek and Arpad. Very nice, friendly gentlemen. The price negotiations are always stated clearly and cleanly. Moe who completes the paperwork is excellent at what he does in a friendly efficient manner. Moe completely explained what he’s doing and more importantly explained the process fully. The service department is prmpt and efficient. Everything they do is explained in an understandable way My wife and I expect to be a Jennings customer for life. More
