Terrific Customer Service and Buying Experience We visited Jennings because we quickly needed to replace a car after an accident. I saw a used vehicle online and called to inquire about it. We live approximately one hour from Jennings so I was hesitant about going. I spoke to Amir Dizdarevik and was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness so we made the trip. We met with Amir and Arek Aneszko who had prepared the vehicle for us to test drive. Arek accompanied us and was knowledgeable and eager to address all of our questions. Arek and Moe Atef helped us complete the transaction - and they stayed almost an hour after closing time on a Saturday to ensure we were well taken care of. We have an expectation that purchasing a car will be unpleasant, time-consuming and just annoying. This was not the case at Jennings. Everyone we encountered was respectful, extremely polite, considerate, nice, informed, straight-forward and sincere. I wish we lived closer so we could service our cars there. I would definitely drive the hour from our home to visit Jennings again for a future car purchase. Thank you! More

Juliana was very responsive to my requests and questions, many of which were via email. I was considering a couple of different models (Passat and Jetta) and she provided test drives, gave me her take on both models, and was very personable throughout the process. She was also very patient as I took the extra time to "do my homework' on the models I was considering and kept in touch without 'bugging' me. She was the main reason I ultimately bought my Jetta from Jennings. Kudos also to the sales manager (Ken) who worked with me on the financial side of the transaction. I felt he really wanted me as a customer and was willing to reasonably do whatever it took. Mike wrapped it up with a smooth and quick leasing process. On a more general note, Jennings had a good selection of the models of cars I was interested in and the colors I was looking for. This made it easier to shop and compare different models. We agreed on the unbelievably great price, and within a few days Jennings was able to locate the exact GTI we wanted. Matt then delivered the car to my garage while I'm out of state, disconnected the battery, locked it, and gave the key to my neighbor. Great effort by Jennings, and great service. I've purchased 2 other VWs form Jennings and have shopped other dealers, but none can compare to Jennings. More

They have good people there, Ken Lyon and even the ladies who answer the phone-they are not typical car dealer folks-Go see them. More
