I found my VW at Jennings Volkswagen in Glenview, Illinois, even though it was an 2 1/2 hour's drive from me. I purchased a Certified Used 2016 VW Jetta SEL, with all of the options I wanted. Most of my transaction was handled over the phone with the internet sales manager, Keith Burns, My salesman, Matthew Colrain, expedited the final paperwork and car overview. Matthew was very knowledgeable and showed great concern for my satisfaction. I spent about 1 1/2 hour at the dealership and headed home. My impression of Jennings VW was 'impressive'.
