Juliana was very responsive to my requests and questions, many of which were via email. I was considering a couple of different models (Passat and Jetta) and she provided test drives, gave me her take on both models, and was very personable throughout the process. She was also very patient as I took the extra time to "do my homework' on the models I was considering and kept in touch without 'bugging' me. She was the main reason I ultimately bought my Jetta from Jennings. Kudos also to the sales manager (Ken) who worked with me on the financial side of the transaction. I felt he really wanted me as a customer and was willing to reasonably do whatever it took. Mike wrapped it up with a smooth and quick leasing process. On a more general note, Jennings had a good selection of the models of cars I was interested in and the colors I was looking for. This made it easier to shop and compare different models. We agreed on the unbelievably great price, and within a few days Jennings was able to locate the exact GTI we wanted. Matt then delivered the car to my garage while I'm out of state, disconnected the battery, locked it, and gave the key to my neighbor. Great effort by Jennings, and great service. I've purchased 2 other VWs form Jennings and have shopped other dealers, but none can compare to Jennings. More

New VW Time If you are looking for a new VW then probably look no more-I dealt with Arek Aneszko and I think he missed out on how to be a pesty know it all salesm If you are looking for a new VW then probably look no more-I dealt with Arek Aneszko and I think he missed out on how to be a pesty know it all salesman-no hard sell, no threats, no typical car dealer nonsense-Arek knows his product and will go miles (literally as the car I wanted was a ways away-I picked up my new VW late on a Friday when everyone in the dealership has had a long day-Arek and his ace finance guy Moz Atef stayed and made sure everything went OK-this is the place to go if you don't want the dog and pony show so many dealers put on when you just want to buy a car-Arek and Moz are proof that car buying should'nt be like an amputation. They have good people there, Ken Lyon and even the ladies who answer the phone-they are not typical car dealer folks-Go see them. More
