Traveled from NC to buy my bug from Jennings VW I found my 2014 Beetle RLine online at Jennings. I flew in to Chicago and arrived at the dealership before the sales dept opened. When Arek arrived he was very efficient with my time and the process. He knew the car well and assisted me in every possible way. Best buying experience! I have purchased a few VW's, and this was *by far* the best buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Ken and Armando, both of whom were incred I have purchased a few VW's, and this was *by far* the best buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Ken and Armando, both of whom were incredibly nice, professional, and trustworthy. They were very upfront about the cost of the car - no hidden fees, "required" items for the vehicle, destination charges, etc. The total price I was quoted via email was the total price of the car when I sat down to discuss the final purchase. I literally worked with all of the dealerships in my area (9 total) in one way or another, and from the very beginning, the people at Jennings stood out to me. They were all very up front when I asked questions about the car, and I never once got the sense that anyone was withholding information. I even encountered a ridiculous situation with the financing I had secured through my bank prior to purchasing the car, which prompted me to switch and seek the financing through Jennings instead. They had all of my paperwork in order within a matter of hours, and I was able to sign the night before our out-of-state family trip. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the purchasing and financing of my vehicle. On top of it all, everyone I encountered had an incredible sense of humor - a major win, in my opinion! I cannot recommend Jennings VW highly enough to anyone looking to purchase their next car!!! More
