He expertly explained all of the features of our new 2017 Jetta. He and Moe even stayed late two nights to accommodate our schedule. Mike was such a fun person to work with and made the car buying experience very enjoyable. He even sat on the ground with me to explain the sale since I was playing with my infant. Moe in finance was tremendous! He took the time to answer all of my questions and worked collaboratively to create a sale we were all happy with.
