Amir was our salesmen and he was not pushy at all and really walked us through our options. Amir even took us over to the Chevrolet portion to make sure we were aware of all options, even Chevy. He referred us to ABT for tinting our windows, as well as an awesome online site for sports wheels. His honesty was always present and it was such a breath of fresh air after our previous dealership experience. Not once was buying, or even leasing, pushed onto us. We kept in contact with Amir from time to time throughout the past 4 years and he helped us regardless of what we needed. Unfortunately, our little baby was totaled this past July and the moment we left the car shop with everything we could remove from the car, I called Jennings. I spoke to Amir and we made an appointment for that Saturday. I looked online at the deals and promotions as well as the used car offers. My husband and I came across a mint condition Audi with barely any miles and I shot the link over to Amir and asked if we could schedule a test drive for that Saturday. When we arrived at the dealership, we were assigned Matthew as our salesman. I won't lie, we were initially bummed about not being able to work directly with Amir but since he's now a manager, he has his salesmen (and saleswomen) do the dirty work :) Matthew was great from the get go and very friendly. We hopped in the Audi and drove around. The car itself felt very similar to the golf in terms of the interior look and even the way it drove. Matt was insistent on us really giving the turbo a go, and I think my husband was happy that he received the go ahead and I couldn't do anything about it haha Matt took us back in to the dealer and we sat down to discuss the financial aspect etc. He was very honest with us in terms of pricing and what we should expect. We put a down payment on the car to hold it and take it off the lot for sale and Jennings was awesome enough to allow us to wait for the check from our insurance company from our previous car. We wanted that money to go directly to our new car and Jennings understood. A week later we went back and finalized all of the paperwork. Matt sold us on the warranty for wheels/tires, as well as the deluxe warranty for interior and exterior cosmetic stuff. Again, he wasn't at all pushy, which was appreciated. Matt was great with communication and went above and beyond every time. He really wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied at all times and genuinely wanted to get to know us. If you ever get to speak to him, ask him about his hand crafted Harry Potter Monster Book of Monsters, it is so xxxx cool. As much as we loved working with Amir and Matt each time we came to Jennings, the highlight will always be working with Paula (sorry gentlemen!). Paula is an amazing woman who can crack some of the funniest jokes and make the whole process of buying a car as smooth as ordering your morning coffee. She was great to work with in 2012 and great to work with in 2016. She, as well as Jennings as a whole, really treated us like family and appreciated that we were repeat customers. Paula knows how to whittle down prices and cut a bargain. She's so sweet and her smile eased my anxiety at 8pm that evening. Overall, my husband and I love Jennings. From buying cars to maintenance checks to actual work performed on the car, they are thorough and honest and really care if you are happy. If you're looking for a VW, or a used vehicle, I highly recommend Jennings. We have had horrendous experiences (yes unfortunately it took us several times to learn) at Fletcher Jones and nothing above average at Autobarn. We don't mind making the trek up to the suburbs to work with Jennings because they are just plain amazing. Thanks for being awesome!! More

I even enjoyed a lengthy conversation with the owner and could tell that he was running the business where both the employees and customers were considered part of the "family". We leased two vehicles; my wife loves her Beatle Convertible and has friends that are already envious. Having had an Equinox fully loaded that we were very pleased with, I leased the Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition which will be used for personal and business travel. I will enjoy my long road trips with all the "creature comforts" plus feel safe with all the safety feature the vehicle has. Two very happy customers of Jennings, and they will be the only dealer we will use in the future, and will recommend to others that may be looking for a reputable car dealer. Sincerely, James Parker. People hold doors and say hi and greet you. Arek sat with me to talk first--no rushing.Then we went to look at cars. Every style of the one I wanted. That was so helpful. He knew all the features. It was kind of fun to sit in all the models and try them. I picked exactly what I wanted and needed. Paula Ciolino--who is equally outstanding, got the the rest taken care of. His attention to detail, genial nature, and extensive knowledge make getting a car a real breeze. I am one of those people who wants a manual transmission - not an easy find these days - and is a big reason why I shop VW. We were able to be in touch with Arek for weeks via email, making sure we found the exact car I wanted and having it at the dealership when it needed to be. Other than making all the paperwork an absolute breeze, he made sure to actually sit in the car with me for half an hour before leaving, so I could understand all of the features packed into that little car. Such genuine and personalized customer service like this is hard to come by. I'm truly grateful for everything Jennings and Arek were able to pull off for me. More
Great Experience I shopped around for about a month for my new vehicle and my search included 5 different makes (Honda, Mazda, VW, BMW, and Mini) and visits to 7 diffe I shopped around for about a month for my new vehicle and my search included 5 different makes (Honda, Mazda, VW, BMW, and Mini) and visits to 7 different dealerships. Ultimately, I decided on my first VW, a 2016 Golf GTI S, due to its combination of performance, design, utility, and efficiency. Although I initially shopped for a used vehicle, the end of the year deals were awesome on a new model, so I contacted 4 different VW dealerships within a 30 mile radius. Out of all of the dealerships, Jennings' Internet manager, Keith Burns, provided the most refreshing response. He provided a direct, "out the door" price with no hidden costs or tricks...the first dealership to actually give me a price like that over the internet. In fact, some dealerships wouldn't even quote me a price after a visit and a test drive, without starting the financing process, which made no sense to me. I decided to give Jennings VW a visit and was greeted by Keith and he introduced me to Arek Aneszko. Now, I'm not sure if everyone at Jennings is like Arek, but he was really the friendliest guy one could meet. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and seemed to be a VW lover at heart (having owned a Jetta Sportswagon and a Passat W8 before). If he didn't know something, he didn't try to come up with a made up answer, rather he would research the issue and give me the correct information. With the day going so smoothly, I decided on my purchase and Paula entered the scene. She is the finance manager, but none like I've met with my previous 6+ car purchases. I felt like she and I were just hanging out at some gathering and shooting the breeze talking about everything from finances to Chicago potholes. She was honest about the financing and worked on my behalf to get me the best rate possible, since I was taking cash out of my trade-in...not a flinch of annoyance with multiple requests I had for her. She introduced me to multiple different warranties and protection products and was never pushy about them. I had already thought about purchasing extended warranty before and she certainly made it easy for me to choose from the different excellent choices. After my purchase, Arek contacted me a few times to follow up and also to help finish out my trade-in transaction by picking up my spare rims from the storage place. All in all, I realized that it isn't just a Keith, Arek, or a Paula thing. Rather, the open and refreshing approach is a part of Jennings' culture. Some of the various dealerships I visited and interacted with treated me the way they wanted to treat me...sometimes good, but often not...perhaps because there are many customers out there that take the "I'm always right" thing to the extreme? Well, whatever the difference might be, for anyone looking for a vehicle, I think a visit to Jennings is an essential part of the search and should be part of one's "to do" checklist. More
Beware buying ANY USED VW 1997-2005 I bought a used 04 Passat from Jennings less than a year ago. Water collects under the passenger seat and threatens to short out a computer module there. Take into to service where they discover the sunroof drain tube is loose and leaks into the car. So I authorize it to get fixed - can't afford the computer shorting. Curious - I look this up on internet and turns out that eight VW/Audi models from 1997-2005 all suffer from this issue - to the point that VW settled a $69 million class action lawsuit over this issue. However - that class action suit has closed, and VW will not issue a recall - so if you buy one of these cars - it will cost you - I paid $700 to have this fixed, others on the internet spent thousands due to computer damage. Jennings sold me this used VW (their profit margin clearly more important than their "reputation [that] rides with" my wet carpeting.) and the service guy explains this by claiming there is no way they could have anticipated "this specific" car would have the problem - BS - Eight models over eight years had this problem. Do not even consider buying one of these affected models from here - unless your willing to part with significant repair costs and smug attitudes down the road. More

Great product specialist and business manager. I had purchased my last car from Jennings VW working with Arek Aneszko. Arek had answered all my questions before I purchased the last car, now it was time to trade this car in for a new one. Once again I was elated that Arek Aneszko was still working and once again answered all my questions regarding the new car (2016 Golf SportWagen) I wanted to purchase. Arek then took me to his office to go over the discounts, resale value of my old car, and paperwork. Once completed Arek took me to see Mike Fezatte about financing, rebates, offers, extended warranties, and payment options. Mike was very businesses like, but not only to the point, but made the experience much more relaxing, not stressed, and/or pushed. Even thought I came near business closing time, both Arek and Mike waited patiently for me to make my decisions and closing out the deal. I did return the next following business day to get more information from Arek and Mike. More
