First Class Service Following our first experience at jennings in 2008 we decided to return for a new Volkswagen in 2015. The search took about 4 weeks as we jumped back Following our first experience at jennings in 2008 we decided to return for a new Volkswagen in 2015. The search took about 4 weeks as we jumped back and forth between the other certified Volkswagen dealerships looking for a great deal and specific model. After meeting with salesman Arek we felt un-pressured and well informed about our new big purchase. He was very friendly and made you feel at home! The dealership overall is very clean and comfortable and most of the employees let you roam free at your own pace until you're ready to move forward with questions and interest. They offer unlimited complimentary coffee and bottle water, but no snacks like other dealerships. Once we decided on a vehicle, Arek introduced us to Amir the sales manager to discuss pricing. Amir was also very informative, kind, and fair, making both parties happy after the purchase. It all came down to a friendly handshake and last but not least we were introduced to Paula the finance guru. Paula is very welcoming and always smiling, It's obvious she loves to be happy with you! They register your car, set up payment options, polish it up and give you the key. First class car service at it's finest. Recommendations, Head to Costco and make sure that snack bar is filled with food snacks. More
