Keith Burns, internet manager, was fast at responding to my initial calls and questions that I had prior to arriving at the dealership. He put me in contact with Arek who went out of his way to walk me through all the features of the car I was purchasing. After going through the vehicle I met with Mike Fezatte the business manager.. He patiently walked me through all the paperwork required and answered any questions that I had. I was very impressed with the entire process from start to finish. I met and worked with a young product specialist, Craig Bryda, who is a true automobile enthusiast and a real nice guy. Craig was extremely knowledgable about not only the VW line but also about automobiles in general. I am older, I really like cars, but I learned a lot I never knew working with Craig. His knowledge exceeds his years. We test drove some different cars, looked at both new and certified pre-driven, and finally settled on a new VW GTI. Also had the opportunity of working with Andrew Low, Sales manager, and Paula Ciolino, Business Manager. They were extremely helpful in helping me think through lease options v. purchase and financing alternatives. All 3 were helpful and never pressuring. So, another happy Jennings customer! Tom More
