I met and worked with a young product specialist, Craig Bryda, who is a true automobile enthusiast and a real nice guy. Craig was extremely knowledgable about not only the VW line but also about automobiles in general. I am older, I really like cars, but I learned a lot I never knew working with Craig. His knowledge exceeds his years. We test drove some different cars, looked at both new and certified pre-driven, and finally settled on a new VW GTI. Also had the opportunity of working with Andrew Low, Sales manager, and Paula Ciolino, Business Manager. They were extremely helpful in helping me think through lease options v. purchase and financing alternatives. All 3 were helpful and never pressuring. So, another happy Jennings customer! Tom More

We came back a few weekends ago to trade-in the Jetta and Jerry was even better this time around with our test drive requests and extra questions. My fiancee had her heart set on buying a Touareg as we wanted to get a bigger car to prepare for our future. However after the test drives and Jerry's gentle persuasion/guidance we were able to come to our senses and get a more appropriately sized and priced car in the 2014 Passat. Would recommend this dealership and Jerry especially for great service and help in picking a new car. More

As anticipated, it was slow to arrive--that model is backordered--but the team at Jennings (Keith Burns, Arpad Simo, I ordered a VW GTI from Jennings. As anticipated, it was slow to arrive--that model is backordered--but the team at Jennings (Keith Burns, Arpad Simo, and Ken Lyon) kept me well informed of its progress. When it did arrive, Arpad Simo did a most thorough job of explaining the many features of the car, and he even made a most welcome follow-up call several days later, during which he answered additional questions that had arisen.
