After all the cars I've bought, this was by far the simplest, most straight forward and quickly executed deal I've ever done. No haggling with the sales manager. The entire time I didn't felt that he was rushing me through or was pushy to make the deal happen right away. Though he had other customer to take care off, he always came back arty few minutes to confirm I was fine and not felt ignored. I saw 2014 Passat with 2 tone interior and the next minute I feel in love with it because it was pricey I was hesitant to mention my choice. Arek sensed it and he made it happen that I walked out with my dream car. Mostly Saturday people want to wind up stuff and are in hurry to go home but he stayed and explained me ever y feature of the car. I think Arek IS The BEST SALES PERSON. He made my whole experience pleasant. I would highly recommend him. Not to forget to mention, he called me the next day to ask if the car was fine and if I had any questions. I mean nobody does that.
