From the initial e-mail response I received from Keith early Monday morning until my last e-mail communication (post-purchase) with Ken, all interactions have been fair, honest, and sprinkled with some humor. At no time did I feel 'pressured' to purchase a vehicle. In fact, it was Ken's knowledge and honesty regarding questions I had about the 2015 Touareg that clearly differentiated this dealership with others I had interacted with during my search. Likewise, Paula did not pressure me to purchase any of the extended protection and supported my request to take the material home to review before making any decision. Juliana was extremely knowledgeable about the Touareg I purchased and spent a great deal of time with me going over the vehicle so I had a good comfort level with the features and benefits before driving away. I only wish I had taken better notes. I am so very glad I did not make the same mistake twice. Jennings is a dealership that should absolutely be on your list when searching for a new VW. More

Most places turned my car buying experience into a tedious task... but this place made my buying experience headache-free. First, they weren't trying to simply push me into a sale upon merely wanting to test drive a car. Other places did not want me to shop around. They wanted a commitment immediately, even though I explained that I had a list of cars I wanted to look at before making my decision. Honestly, out of all the dealerships I visited during my search, Jennings was by far the best! The staff was not pushy or dishonest, they didn't try to lowball me on my trade like other dealerships, and they were the only dealership that worked to get me into the EXACT car I wanted instead of trying to force me into a car I didn't want for a better deal to fit my budget. In fact, they worked to get me into the next level trim while keeping my monthly payments close to what they would be with the more basic model Jetta SE. Unlike other dealerships, the staff at Jennings understood my financial needs, and they went that extra mile to accommodate those needs while getting me into a car that I love. No one else has done that!! More

He was a fantastic salesman and has continued to follow-up with us and how we are enjoying our car. As for Paula, she seemed to beat around the bush when answering our questions the first time she sat down with us. She needed to give us the options either explain or written would have been nice. When we met again with her at the end, my dad was not interested in buying certain products for our car and she continued to explain what she was offering. It was late at night and we just wanted to sign the papers and go home. More

Dreading the whole car buying process, I think I would have bought this car off of the internet if I could have just to avoid the car sales experience! But much to my surprise, upon arrival at the dealership lot, we were approached very politely by Jerry Perberg and he made the whole process a pleasure. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle without being pushy and really gave me confidence in the purchase. HIs follow-up was top notch. Davis, the finance person I worked with was equally as engaging and helpful. And Amir helped getting my I-phone synced with the car and even he said the nicest thing - "thank you for your business, enjoy your car". An overall totally positive customer service experience and what a great dealership. I was so nervous as this was only the second car I have ever purchased on my own but the whole Jennings experience made it as easy as possible. I would definitely return here and recommend them to anyone looking for a car - new or used. Five stars! More
