He was very helpful in explaining all of the new TIguan's features to me and my daughter during the test drive and as we were taking delivery of the vehicle. Great and quick dealer experience I'm on my third VW at Jennings. It's always been a very good experience. My rep, Arpad Simo, was very knowledgeable, patient, and steered me to the car that was best for me. When I was finalizing a decision, Mike Fezatte, quickly and uniquely, laid out my options, allowing me to make a better decision, while keeping my monthly payment around the same as the last lease. While the car was being prepped, they worked so fast that I actually got it in time to get to my kid's soccer game. I never thought that would happen. So, instead of driving a boring and mushy handling Sonata, I've got a sleek CC which is fast, corners great, and scares the old ladies (as a bonus ;)). Take that Hyundai! More
