VW Jetta After having owned my 2005 VW GTI for over 9 years, I knew it was getting time to bite the bullet. I initially looked at a newer model used GTI, and After having owned my 2005 VW GTI for over 9 years, I knew it was getting time to bite the bullet. I initially looked at a newer model used GTI, and went on a test drive with Brandon. He was totally cool, very helpful, but did not do the expected hard core pressure. Since that was the first day I really had shopped at all, I decided to give it some thought. Unfortunately, the next day my GTI crapped out, and after a $2000 repair, I decided on a 2014 Jetta TDI. I wanted a tornado red, manual transmission, blah, blah... At this point, Juliana Perberg started helping me. My situation was kinda weird, as I had a vacation planned and I didn't want to get my new car until I came back. She found the car I was looking for, kept in constant contact, and was great. After having not had a car payment for 6 years or so, I was feeling kinda apprehensive when I went to sign on the dotted line. Juliana was great, and then Paula Ciolino took over the paperwork. She was amazing. She was patient, and I left with a genuine feeling that Paula helped me select the right options, etc. She really helped minimize any "buyer's remorse." So, that being said, my new car has been great. At this point, I am very happy with my decision to go with Jennings. I shopped several other dealers, and none could compare to Jennings. Thanks! More

You can find out all you need to know online and come in already prepared. But once we decided to buy from Jennings the process was fantastic! They didn't have exactly what we were looking for but they got it within two days. Then they gave us a thorough rundown of the car and explanation of the paperwork without too much pressure to purchase add-ons (extended warranty, paint/interior protection, etc. etc.). We definitely felt like we were in good hands! Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience! More

My saleperson was Armando Mariscal and Mike Fezatte took care of all the financial details. They were both extremely pleasant to work with and I never felt pressured or duped. I feel the deal they gave me was fair and I'm very happy with my new car. I've been a Jennings customer with my previous car as well, so I am familiar with their sales and service departments. I've always brought my VW into Jennings for service and have consistently received exceptional service. Arek Aneszko is a very knowledgeable and personable Sales Consultant which at no time pressured or pushed any products/services and seemed to genuinely care about the purchase we were making. Paula Ciolino was a true professional on the finance side and at no time were there any forms and figures that were not thoroughly explained and she was able to provide excellent financing options as well. Arek and Paula are true assets to the Jennings group and they provide an experience and service that other car dealers can only envy. More
Leasing Made Easy This is my third Jetta and my first leasing experience. My son researched the options available for the purchase/lease of a new Jetta on my behalf an This is my third Jetta and my first leasing experience. My son researched the options available for the purchase/lease of a new Jetta on my behalf and no dealership returned his phone calls - until David Proux! David was attentive and worked with my son (who resides in Texas) to arrange the details for the lease of a new Jetta for me. The two of them worked together until the contract was ready to be signed and everything was in place for me to simply walk in and sign. Other VW dealerships lost this lease because they didn't return my son's phone call. You have David to thank for taking the time to return my son's call and your dealership gained a new customer. Plus, I will be back in three years for a new car. When it came time to pick up the car, I mentioned to David that I would take a cab to the dealership and he and Mike Fezatte both offered to pick me up at my home and, therefore, spared me the additional expense of cab fare. David is engaging, personable and responsive to every detail of the car purchase. When I had a question, he knew the answer. Even though it was late in the day, he sat with me and carefully explained every feature inside the car and showed me how to open the gas tank cover on the exterior. He made sure that I adjusted the seat and mirrors before I left. After I drove away, I felt very comfortable heading out on the road because of David's help. I am 62 years old and I have never had someone offer to sit in the car with me and explain what everything was for! I would recommend him to others without hesitation and, if he is an example of Jennings customer service, I will drive the extra distance to Jennings Volkswagen to do the required maintenance. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Fezatte. It is a difficult job that he has - sure, we all want the new car, the new car smell, the whole new car experience. However, Mike has to present the reality of the costs, the options available, and the details of the lease agreement. He presented the contract detail by detail and explained what happens when I turn the car back in after the lease ends in a friendly, straightforward way and repeated detail for detail what my son had pre-arranged.
