Came from out of town to purchase. Of the 4 price quotes I requested on specific vehicles on dealer lots, Jennings was the first to quote a price over email. The other 3 either responded with an email askin I requested on specific vehicles on dealer lots, Jennings was the first to quote a price over email. The other 3 either responded with an email asking me what they could help me with, or called me first. The price negotiation took place almost exclusively through email with little back-and-forth. Upon arrival at the dealership, all staff was courteous and ready to complete the transaction. The sales rep was conscious of our limited time (also dealership was about to close), and only went through the necessary, core features of the car. I highly recommend Jennings for consideration from any customer considering the purchase of a VW. More

The process seemed more transparent than others I've experienced, and I felt easier about accepting a fair deal for both sides. It seemed less about winning and lossing, and more about giving me a fair deal, and allowing them to stay in business. I do really like the car I bought too. CONS: First one is a nit pick. I felt the car could have been a little cleaner (wheels). Second one is of concern: My process needed perhaps a bit more disclosure on the vehicle's past (chip, rear block install, damage to grill). Just seemed like I was finding out rather than being informed a few times. Car was below market, but they needed to tell me why. BOTTOM LINE: A-/B+...Super close to perfect, among the best experiences at a dealership I've ever had. More

Keith Burns was the ONLY dealer that sent me exactly what I wanted (A quote of what I was going to pay that was broken nicely so I could see exactly where the my money was going!). Before I went any further I wanted to know what kind of interest they could get me. I spoke with Paula and she managed to get me an AWESOME interest rate. I then spoke to Armando and this dude was phenomenal! He got me the exact car I wanted (he went the extra mile and had the car I wanted [I'm a picky individual] shipped to there dealership straight from the factory)! It took around a month for my car to arrive and while I waited anxiously Armando kept is communication with me alive! He kept me informed with the location of my vehicle until it finally arrived. When I went to go get the car there was ABSOLUTELY NO BS. Everyone was very friendly, the process was very smooth, and lastly, I got what I wanted! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! There was no pressure to make a purchase and David was more than accommodating when we wanted to take multiple vehicles out for a spin, both new and pre-owned. I was unsure if I wanted to buy another Chevy and Jerry recommended I pay a visit next door which is Jennings Volkswagon. Jerry walked me over and introduced me to Juliana. Juliana was wonderful and personable. She asked the right questions and based on my answers she felt a Jetta TDI would best suit me. Juliana is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the vehicles she is selling. I have had the car since the 18th of January and have only had to fill up twice, which is great with all the miles I put in. Also, Juliana mentioned the trunk space and she was right, I was able to fit and lay my big, puffy wedding dress in nicely. Juliana goes beyond her professional protocol and makes it a point to personally interact with each family member. Juliana humored my fiancé and she paid extra attention to my eight year old daughter which meant the world to me. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I'm glad to have met Juliana. More
