The day we picked up our vehicle it was close to the closing time. However, Arek took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. He made sure we fully understand all the functions and capabilities of our brand new car. It was well after closing time but he did not rush one bit. The day after we bought the car, Arek even followed up to make sure all was well. The customer service level is without a doubt 5 stars. We had a great experience. My sister bought a new volkswagon jetta from Amir and a few weeks later I went in and bought a new jetta from Amir as well. I cannot say enough how wonderful this guy was to buy a car from!! He is so knowlegable on cars it is unbelievable and he took care of everything in both my old and new cars. He spent the extra time to set up everything in my new car and show how to use everything possible there was to use in the car. WITHIN MINUTES OF TALKING TO NEWELL COLBERT HE WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A VEHICLE FOR ME WITH THE COLOR AND ENGINE THAT I PREFFERED. VEHICLE WAS OUT OF STATE BUT MR MIKE FEZATTE TOOK OVER AND 5 DAYS LATER AT 09. TO LOCATE A VEHICLE FOR ME WITH THE COLOR AND ENGINE THAT I PREFFERED. VEHICLE WAS OUT OF STATE BUT MR MIKE FEZATTE TOOK OVER AND 5 DAYS LATER AT 09.30 AM HE SUPRISED ME WTIH A PICTURE THAT MY CAR HAS ARRIVED 2 DAYS EARLIER THAN IT'S SUPOSE TO. SAME NIGHT WALKED UP TO THE DEALER AND MIKE FEZATTE GOT ALL THE PAPERWORK PREPARED WALKED US BY THE CAR FOR DELIVERY INSPECTION. THAN EVERYTHING WAS FINALIZED BY PAULA CIOLINO WHO WAS A VERY PLEASANT,QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL PERSON. LESS THAN AN HOUR I WAS OUT WITH A NEW VEHICLE IN MY HANDS.
