I visited four other dealerships before going to Jennings. I have to say that the level of service and friendly really impressed me. The first person I met upon walking through the door was Alan Gue Jennings. I have to say that the level of service and friendly really impressed me. The first person I met upon walking through the door was Alan Guevarra. I told him what kind of vehicle I was looking at and that I was only shopping around. He took the time to talk to me and get to know me before we even began discussing my car options. MIKE Fezatte had to then get involved because Alan had another customer. However, Mike picked up where Alan left off. Mike was friendly and funny and explained things and we were reviewing them. Finally, when I asked about prices that is when Newell Colber got involved. He saw that I was serious about the search and had that I had done my research. He did not try to pressure me into anything and provided me with the prices on the cars I was looking at in the store. What really impressed me, was that unlike the other dealerships I had gone to, when I asked for a copy of the quotes given to me that day; Newell did not hesitate to put up any excuses. At other places I kept getting salesman telling me that they would not give me the prices because they would lose business. Newell had so much confident in his dealership that he was not playing games with me and respected me as a customer who was looking at her options. Thank you Gentleman for your respectful and quality service. I am very happy with my purchase! More

Very honest in every single aspect of the car buying or leasing experience over the years with them. They truly treat you with respect, and they do not try to oversell you in to anything you don't want. Before I was a Jennings Volkswagen customer, my car buying experience was always stressful because it was usually an unpleasant experience. Pushy and or rude sales people. But at Jennings Volkswagen, You always get the feeling You are among great friends. I just leased a new car, and this was my first time having Mike as my sales person. I have been to Jennings many times over the last few years every experience I have had has been an absolute pleasure I'm always raving about them. I wasn't expecting to have to replace my car this year but things happen every one from service to sales treated me like family with such professionism. I don't want to ever have to take my car anywhere else and am a customer for life. I leave there after every experience with a smile on my face. They really care about your concerns and want you to be happy. I actuallylook forward to taking mycar there because I know it will be taken care of w honesty and great care and if something is wrong they take care of it. Purchasing a car from Jennings VW in Glenview, IL has been a great experience. I was able to chat online about a VW I was interested in with Newell Colber (Internet Manager) at 11 PM on Sunday, come in o been a great experience. I was able to chat online about a VW I was interested in with Newell Colber (Internet Manager) at 11 PM on Sunday, come in on Monday morning to meet Arek Aneszko (Sale & Leasing) & Paula Ciolino (Finance and Lease Manager) and drive-off in my VW by noon. I am in the Untied States Navy and have purchased a few cars from other dealerships all over the country. This is the first time that I have ever walked out of a dealership with a smile on my face. I had cars from other dealerships all over the country. This is the first time that I have ever walked out of a dealership with a smile on my face. I had worked with Amir for a few days via email before coming up to the dealership, since I live far away. All the information Amir gave me was accurate and helpfull.
