RE: Anatoliy5 #: 2050197 Our Dealership participates in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. Shelby Cobras are in extreme high demand. When our dealership is fortunate enough to come across any to sell, they usually do not remain on our lot for more than two to three days max, and then are immediately sold. We did have a Shelby Cobra and had a few interested onlookers. However, since we do not know who this individual is, nor have a record or name to refer to, or have anyone in our employ by the name of Ray, if they have the right dealership, we can only respond to what this individual is stating in his/her complaint. Plans drawn up as it is being referred to is not considered a purchase or the legal signing of a contract to purchase. As in this case, Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi would not have been able to legal sell this vehicle to a qualified buyer. Perhaps this person is referring to the initial stages of credit verification, basic information on the individual, etc. If one is coming back to get the car, think about it, or get a co-signer, there is no legal binds for us to hold any vehicle. If an individual was the actual legal purchaser, and coming back to get the vehicle, all contractual, legal paper work and approvals would have been signed, agreed upon and established. Since this was not the case with this individual, the vehicle sold immediately to someone whom had complied with the signing and purchasing of said vehicle. Our staff strives on excellence in all areas of mannerisms in the treatment of its customers. We do apologize this individual did not get the vehicle he/she was interested in. We would have been more than happy to have assisted them in doing so. Perhaps we can assist them in another vehicle. If not, we wish them the best of endeavors. Sincerely, Hector Espinosa

Our Dealership participates in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. Mr. and Mrs. Hough came in to our dealership and Mr. Jesse Hardin was their sales associate. Mr. Hardin had two other customers in attendance that he was working with when he met with and greeted the Hough family. The vehicle’s MSRP that Mr. and Mrs. Hough were interested in purchasing was $22,290.00. However, we sold it to Mrs. Hough at $24,200 due to the fact that they had a 2002 Trailblazer that had 191,000 miles on it, and was in very poor condition, plus they currently still owed a balance of $1,800.00. Kansas City Market value on the Trailblazer is $890.00. The financial institution would have considered the trailblazer as a negative equity situation, thus we were able to over allow compensation to Mr. and Mrs. Hough for their trade in, showing $2,800.00 trade in allowance, which makes the difference the same. Example: $22,290.00 Price $24,200.00 Price -$ 890.00 Trade -$ 2,800.00 Trade $21,400.00 Difference Price $21,400.00 Difference Price Mr. and Mrs. Hough did not pay more for this vehicle. In addition, Mr. and Mrs. Hough were issued a check in the amount of $1,000.00 cash back that we did not adjust to the price. We were trying to explain this to Mr. and Mrs. Hough, but they were so upset and incapable of listening to what was being said. That they just kept demanding us to lower the price and that was primarily their main focus. Perhaps, in Mr. Hardin’s addressing two separate customers and preparing the Hough’s paper work, he may not have heard correctly and or answered inadvertently regarding his father’s plaque. Surely, no dishonesty was intended. Mr. Hardin is highly regarded as an honest individual, both by his colleagues and customers of Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi with an excellent record of 13 years of service. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with Mr. and Mrs. Hough to reiterate what we previously tried to explain should they provide us the opportunity. Sincerely, Hector Espinosa General Manager
