I did everything over the phone with Hebert giving me a virtual walkthrough and it was seamless. Only thing is I made the cashiers check out for an extra $100.00 ( my mistake) and I'm still waiting for my virtual walkthrough and it was seamless. Overall good experience EXCEPT, I had to really argue to have the LoJack removed. For a dealership that prides itself on a “no-haggle” policy, I absolutely had to haggle to have this feature removed. The $6 have the LoJack removed. For a dealership that prides itself on a “no-haggle” policy, I absolutely had to haggle to have this feature removed. The $600 LoJack seems unnecessary to me. It was almost bad enough to make me go to another dealership. However, the power train warranty is pretty hard to beat. I love my new car! For the most part, it was a good experience.
