Purchased a car from them on Saturday the 12th was told that there was a car Chief app that I was required to pay for it was mandatory and after four attempts in to get information on it I finally got info that there was a car Chief app that I was required to pay for it was mandatory and after four attempts in to get information on it I finally got information on it exactly a week later. I did get a call from the general manager who informed me that it in fact was not mandatory and I could have declined it. This was not how I was led to believe during the process of purchasing the car. He did offer to refund the large amount of money that I was required to pay through my lender. And I advised him that I have been contacted by several other dealerships that I hadn't even stepped foot on their lot but yet Jerry hunt supercenter had not called. No welcome call no welcome is a customer no how's the car doing we want to check in with you absolutely nothing. For me it was poor customer service, shady dealings with absolutely no transparency, and more of a capitulation rather than a solution to a problem. Buyer beware, lesson learned. More

Called the my sales rep he advised the service team would take care of it. When I went to service, the interaction was all over the place . To their credit I showed up with no appointment. He tried turning me away because they had no space. After I advised I just bought the vehicle 5 days before he agreed to look at it , however the wait would be a couple hours. Realistically I waited only about 1hr and half roughly not too bad. However , this is where I feel they are dropping the ball. he said there is an issues with the vacuum in the breaks causing air to escape. He advised it’s not dangerous but they would fix it . They did not have the part and would need to order it. He advised I would get a call mid the following week to schedule for me to come back. It’s been a week, still no call. They are giving me the feeling of giving me the run around and not waiting to deal with this. I will be trying to speak to a manager tomorrow and see if I could get some attention to this. Hopefully they turn this experience around. Other than that the dealership was outstanding. More
