The sales and finance team here are great! However, only a couple of days after buying my truck I felt the break pedal not right . Called the my sales rep he advised the service team would tak However, only a couple of days after buying my truck I felt the break pedal not right . Called the my sales rep he advised the service team would take care of it. When I went to service, the interaction was all over the place . To their credit I showed up with no appointment. He tried turning me away because they had no space. After I advised I just bought the vehicle 5 days before he agreed to look at it , however the wait would be a couple hours. Realistically I waited only about 1hr and half roughly not too bad. However , this is where I feel they are dropping the ball. he said there is an issues with the vacuum in the breaks causing air to escape. He advised it’s not dangerous but they would fix it . They did not have the part and would need to order it. He advised I would get a call mid the following week to schedule for me to come back. It’s been a week, still no call. They are giving me the feeling of giving me the run around and not waiting to deal with this. I will be trying to speak to a manager tomorrow and see if I could get some attention to this. Hopefully they turn this experience around. Other than that the dealership was outstanding. More

I was lied to about receiving the 2nd key for my car. I was TOLD when I was signing my paperwork that I would receive the 2nd key when the tag came in. The tag came in NO 2ND KEY n basically told by the I was TOLD when I was signing my paperwork that I would receive the 2nd key when the tag came in.
