This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle online. Daylon took the time to do a complete video walk through for me, so I was pretty comfortable with the car itself. I didn’t want to drive the 500 miles to finish the deal, so we agreed that I would meet a diver halfway at a relatively small cost and if I didn’t approve of the car, the deal was off. The car is exactly as I expected and the exchange was made. The after sale followup up was very good and the concerns/questions I had about the paperwork were handled quickly and properly. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was pleasant and kind. I would not hesitate to purchase from the again. More

I had a good experience with the sales team but after driving my car an hour back to charlotte I head a awful sound and found that the lug nut were not tight and when I pulled over 3 out of the 5 lug nut driving my car an hour back to charlotte I head a awful sound and found that the lug nut were not tight and when I pulled over 3 out of the 5 lug nuts had fallen of and was about to lose a tire after checking the rest they were all left loose and I got very lucky that it did not damage anything so I’m not very impressed with the service team they need to really check stuff like that’s before it get someone hurt More

Please approach with caution, yes they have okay people working there but if your seals person name is Kevin park and your fiance manager first name is Bobby, find you a different dealership, because they working there but if your seals person name is Kevin park and your fiance manager first name is Bobby, find you a different dealership, because they will pad your contact with extra warranties so that they can make there commission. I put down money which were supposed to go towards the down payment of the car I was purchasing at the time and instead of putting the money down they added a extra warranty without my knowledge, just so they could make there commission. Not saying that everyone at this dealership are crooks but some of them are. More
