I must say that I am highly upset and irritated with this company. I bought a Mustang GT from them which I absolutely HATE. I called them three days in a row to see if there was something that I could do as company. I bought a Mustang GT from them which I absolutely HATE. I was assured by different managers (finance and store) that they would call me back after they locate the paperwork. Also, that they did not want me to have something that I hated. I kept calling and they told me that the saler would assist me, guess what...he was off the Friday that I told them that I would swing by. I NEVER got that call, I had to keep calling back. I should have beat rock after the short around the corner test drive. No way to tell that the engine would be unbearbly LOUD. I can't sleep thinking about how much I hate the car and the dealership with a passion. I feel as if they purposely gave me the runaround and tried to use the saler as a scapegoat. Guess the only thing now to do is let the xx get repoed and hope for the best. Chris knew from the jump that I was iffy. I even asked him about the white Lexus, however, the Mustang must have been sitting for awhile and needed to be sold. Teach your sellers better! I'm glad that I kept my Challenger!!!!!!!!!! Had it less than a week and wish for worst for the frigging car. What is really sad is that since I got the car, I'd rather drive a Jeep Compass. More

The folks at the dealership addressed every bump in the process and solved every issue with smiles and kindness and never made us feel that the issue was insurmountable. Would definitely recommend Jerry Hunt SuperCenter as the folks there treat you like family and not as vultures which we found at dealerships we had visited. They have so many beautiful cars to choose from, it's like a candy store for vehicles so will always recommend them to anyone looking to trade vehicles. Since we paid cash and did not finance anything, the process was easy. Yasin was so nice and kind to solve an issue immediately and Kristie solved a DMV issue always with a happy and reassurance tone in her voice and they all followed up with us to make sure we were happy and always invited us to come back to see them. It had a few preexisting conditions that took 2 months to rectify including the catalytic converter and O2 sensors failing. my car smells like rubber and i drive normally, grandma-ish if you will so its not me driving crazy. My CarPlay radio didn’t work upon purchase and they had me come four times to try and fix it until they finally replaced it on the fifth visit. I live 50 minutes away, its not convenient or fun going there. Also, they talked me into a warranty that does absolutely nothing, a waste of $3500 that I wish I could get back. There is no negotiation on the price of the car meaning I paid and paying entirely too much compared to how much the car is worth More
