My husband and I bought our favorite SUV here many years ago at the old Lexington location and have been so happy with it! I gave a 4 star rating because (the positive) there are a wide variety of vehicles to choose from; (the negative) the dealership is extremely busy which can be overwhelming. But an employee is always walking by so getting assistance shouldn’t be an issue. I worked with Kevin Parker and Ivan Washington, and they both were great. They were very friendly and personable, and answered all my questions. I even corresponded with Ivan after I had received my vehicle and he was very responsive and followed up to verify I had received the assistance I needed. I already had obtained financing so my time at the dealership was probably 2hrs, and the majority of that was looking at vehicles and doing test drives. More

Daris was a wonderful salesman. I told him which 2 cars I was interested in, and he not only located both vehicles which were not currently on the lot yet (involved a lot of running I told him which 2 cars I was interested in, and he not only located both vehicles which were not currently on the lot yet (involved a lot of running for him), he also walked me to view both vehicles which enabled me to make my selection immediatley. He walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure that my car would be showroom-ready for me by 10:00 AM the next morning.
